Mamuska’s traditional recipes are universally adored but they could end up worthless without cutting edge information systems to assist in managing and operating a profitable business.
Our specialist store manager system provides detailed up to date information on customer sales. These can be complied into series of reports to provide you with information to guide and assist your business.
As a franchisee you will have access to a members section of this site, which provides you remote access to your stores data. So while you are away from the store you can still be monitoring the stores performance. The member’s area will also provide you with additional functions such as on line documentation, marketing guidance, business vocation to assist you with your statutory obligation.

How Do I Get Started?
Through our "Partner Selection and Engagement Process" we form relationships that are mutually beneficial. It’s important that both the Franchisee and TCS are the right ‘fit’ before we enter into any agreements. This protects you from getting into a business that may not suit you and ensure our brand integrity.
It’s much like baking a cake. You need the right ingredients and sufficient skill to create the best results. The following steps have proven to be recipe for success.
Step 1 - Applicant to review website franchising information and complete franchise query form.
Step 2 - A TCS representative will contact you if you meet our initial criteria.
Step 3 - Applicant to complete online information request (approximately 40 mins).
Step 4 - Applicant to complete self assessment profiler (approximately 20 mins).
Step 5 - Applicant to meet with TCS representative.
Step 6 - Applicant to complete Business Plan and talk with a minimum of 3-5 franchisees.
Step 7 - Further interviews with the Business Development Manager and various other TCS representatives.
Step 8 – Applicant receives final approval; documentation is then signed, and applicant can commence our extensive training program.
Step 9 - Commence six month training programme covering every aspect of the business
