Terms and Conditions | 20% OFF SITEWIDE OFFER

 

  1. The promotional offer of 20% Off Sitewide (‘the Offer’) is provided by The Cheesecake Shop Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 134 431) (‘TCS’) and is available from 20th June 2025 (AEST) and ends on 30th June 2025 (AEST) (‘Promotion Period’)
  2. The Offer only applies to online purchases from www.cheesecake.com.au, exclusively. The Offer is only applicable on full priced products. Product range may vary from store to store.
  3. The Offer does not apply for any in-store purchases or online purchases of custom cakes, gift cards or reduced priced items.
  4. To redeem the Offer, orders must be completed online using the discount code [JUNE20] at checkout. For orders with same-day pickup, orders must be completed online before 3:00 pm. Please note that store closing hours may vary by location.
  5. All orders must be collected from the chosen store location during the Promotion Period. All orders scheduled for delivery or collection after the expiry of the Promotion Period will be cancelled.
  6. The Offer can be redeemed on a per transaction basis during the Promotion Period, provided each transaction meets the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
  7. The Offer is not transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold or transferred to another individual. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers or offers.
  8. TCS shall not be held liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the Offer, including but not limited to, any issues related to the redemption, application, or non-application of the Offer. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the Offer is subject to the availability and adherence to the terms and conditions herein, and TCS disclaims any liability for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in connection with the Offer.
  9. Using or attempting to use the Offer shall be deemed an acceptance by you to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Offer is subject to your acceptance of TCS Terms and Conditions and TCS Privacy Policy.
  10. TCS has the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time without notice, to discontinue, change or modify these terms and conditions.
