What is this promotion/giveaway?

The Cheesecake Shop wants to share the happiness this Mother's Day by giving you a chance to WIN $100 gift cards. Each week from 22nd April 2024 to 12th May 2024, we’ll draw 3 weekly winners!

How do I enter?

To Enter*, simply

1. Make an online order over $40 at www.cheesecake.com.au and automatically go into the weekly draw.
2. Check your email the next Monday to see if you're one of our weekly draw winners!

Who is eligible to enter

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over who meet the terms of this promotion. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.

How will winners be notified

Weekly winner will be selected and contacted via email only per the promotional schedule: 29.4.2024, 06.05.2024, 13.05.2024 from The Cheesecake Shop head office. The Cheesecake Shop will never ask for banking or credit card details to be provided to claim a prize. Please be aware of scams. The winner must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.

Can I enter the competition more than once?

Yes. Customers will receive an automatic entry with every purchase over $40

What prize do I win?

The prize comprises of 1 x $100 in gift card per each eligible winner. There will be a total of three winners weekly over the promotional schedule. Total prize pool is $900.

When does the campaign run or when do you pick the winners?

We pick winners accordingly to the promotional schedule:

1. Week 1: For online orders between 22/04/2024 and 28/04/2024 11.59PM, the prize draw will take place on 29/04/24.
2. Week 2: For online orders between 29/04/2024 and 05/05/2024 11.59PM, the prize draw will take place on 06/05/24.
3. Week 3: For online orders between 06/05/24 and 12/05/2024 11.59PM, the prize draw will take place on 13/05/2024"

Terms and Conditions

1. The Cheesecake Shop Pty Ltd is the Promoter.
2. This competition is open to Australian residents only.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only.
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition commences 22/04/2024 and ends 12/05/2024 at 11.59PM AEST.
6. Promotional schedule follows:
• Week 1: For online orders between 22/04/2024 and 28/04/2024 11.59PM AEST, the prize draw will take place on 29/04/24.
• Week 2: For online orders between 29/04/2024 and 05/05/2024 11.59PM AEST, the prize draw will take place on 06/05/24.
• Week 3: For online orders between 06/05/24 and 12/05/2024 11.59PM AEST, the prize draw will take place on 13/05/2024.
7. The competition applies to online transactions only over AUD $40 at www.cheesecake.com.au.
8. The ‘Mother’s Day Gift For You’ prize comprises of 1 x AUD $100 in gift card per each eligible winner. There will be a total of three winners weekly over the promotional schedule. Total prize pool is AUD $900.
9. One weekly winner will be randomly drawn and contacted via email only on dates stated per promotional schedule.
10. Promotion commences and closes on the dates stated per promotional schedule.
11. Only the winner(s) will be notified by email.
12. Entrant’s correct email must be displayed on their online order to be eligible and contactable.
